Your students will have a blast with Frankendoctor’s Monster Bash game as they review 24 quarter note, eighth notes, quarter rest, half note and sixteenth note patterns in Kodaly form. Students help Frankendoctor’s creations get to his special Halloween party by clicking on the musical examples, listening to the rhythm patterns, then choosing the correct pattern. A special message (from one of the party’s attendees) is included on the last slide. You will also receive (via your files at Boom Learning) two worksheets that can be printed for classroom use in addition to the two decks of task cards.
